| Comments: | Since 2016, more than 1.4 million people have been forced to flee their homes in the conflict-affected Grand Kasai region. Since mid-April 2017, an additional 8,000 IDPs are recorded on a daily basis. Additionally, around 42% of all households in the region are food insecure. Delivery of humanitarian aid is difficult due to security constraints. |
