The Government of Bangladesh (GoB) planned to relocate approximately 100,000 displaced people from Rakhine state in Myanmar currently living in the camps in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh, to Bashan Char (BC). This is a Special Response Plan to extend humanitarian services to relocated people in Bashan Char which is separated from Population Movement Operation in Cox’s Bazar. This plan is an annex to Bangladesh operational plan and part of Regional Displacement Strategy for people from Myanmar.
