Hurricane Norbert regained strength Friday to a category two storm as it approached Mexico's northwest Baja California peninsula, according to Mexican weather services. It was due to hit land Saturday afternoon at Magdalena Bay, from where around a hundred people were evacuated, according to the National Water Commission.
