The government of Evo Morales said Friday, Supreme Decree 29770, state of national emergency to municipalities in four provinces in the departments of Santa Cruz, Tarija and Chuquisaca affected by the prolonged drought that affected. The municipalities of Chaco tarije?o, chuquisaque?o and cruce?o suffer from water shortages for at least four months. Some municipal councils have already issued the ordinance declares that area emergency and disaster to their respective jurisdictions.
