Comments: Since 28 October the Northern regions in the Southern state of Tabasco, Northern Chiapas and Southern Veracruz have received torrential rain due to cold front number four stationed in the Gulf of Mexico and by the effects of Tropical Storm Noel in the Caribbean. There is a total accumulated precipitation of 700 mm and levees water levels are over their capacities causing the Carrizal and Mazcalapa rivers to overflow and flooding the municipalities of Pichucalco and Reforma in the state of Tabasco. Flood waters have reached up to 12 meters high.
