As part of an early start to the rainy season, torrential rains battered the metropolitan area of Port-au-Prince on 28 Mar 2012, killing six people in Morne Calvaire following landslides. Almost 65,000 displaced people still living in camps are at risk of flooding. Five camps already suffered considerable damage.
