Comments: Due to continuous rains in India's Meghalaya and Asham, the onrush of upstream hilly waters and in-country rains, made rivers in Sylhet and Sunamganj breached the danger mark and inundated the low-lying areas, including the cities. Mainly, several places of the 3 districts (Sylhet, Sunamganj and Moulvibazar) in the northeastern region of Bangladesh are inundated, and Sylhet and Sunamganj districts are affected severely - affected more than 1.8 million people.
