According to media, as of 9 November, five fatalities have been reported due to the flooding of the Fulani River in Monsignor Nouel Province in central Dominican Republic, three people are missing and seven have been rescued. Moreover, in La Altagracia Province, at least 12 houses have been damaged due to the Anamuyita River overflow, while the overflow of the Massacre River, in western Dajabón Province, caused damages in the nearby Juana Méndez Municipality in North-East Department, in Haiti.
