Comments: The Joint Typhoon Warning Center, Guam, reports that as of 1500 UTC Typhoon Angela was located near latitude 14.1 north, longitude 123.9 east, moving west towards the Philippines. Maximum sustained winds have increased to 155 knots/hr. Typhoon Angela has maintained its intensity but is expected to weaken when it makes landfall over the Luzon populated region, namely the Capital Manila, sometime tomorrow morning (local time), 3 November 1995. According to UNDP office in manila, the areas of Camarines and Sorsogon, in the eastern part of the Luzon region, have already been hit by Typhoon Angela. Unconfirmed information indicates substantial damage, massive flooding, power lines down and road network disrupted.
