Several days of heavy rains caused rivers to overflow, flooding several neighbourhoods in Panama City, Panama on 23 October. The Pacora, Tocumen and Cabra rivers burst their banks on Saturday, affecting 3,400 people and damaging more than 650 houses in the eastern part of the capital city.
