Between January and 31 March 2006, 63 landslides, 16 gales, 39 floods, and 4 avalanches have affected 88 municipalities of 16 departments out of 32. This year?s rainy season has affected 8,014 families (43,225 persons). A total of 38 people have lost their lives and 47 were injured.
