| Comments: | Bangladesh is experiencing a nationwide dengue outbreak affecting all eight divisions, with Dhaka the hardest hit. As of 14 September 2026, 51,837 cumulative confirmed cases and 149 deaths were reported, according to Ministry of Health data recorded in the field report. Transmission increased sharply from late August amid monsoon conditions, with August recording 20,536 hospital admissions, compared with 9,206 in July.
